The Baltakos-Kasidiaris video exposes the bankrupcy of the Greek regime

For some days now, there is a turmoil - according to the Financial Times for instance - in the Greek government. All because of one video from the hidden camera. It shows the prominent Greek politician, a secretary of the parliament and prime minister Samaras's felon - Panayiotis Baltakos, talking to Ilias Kasidiaris, a leading figure (MP, spokesperson and party's candidate for mayor of Athens) of the fellow national-revolutionary movement - the Golden Dawn, accompanied by his fellow comrades and GD MPs.

During this conversation, Mr. Baltakos revealed that Mr. Samaras, after the arrest warrant had been put on Golden Dawn's leader, Nikos Michaloliakos and other MPs (including Kasidiaris), immediately went to American Zionist delegation to boast about the fact that he had just destroyed the nationalists at home. And became furious when his dull ministers decided to set Kasidiaris and other MPs free.

But the other fact revealed is that the whole case is nothing more than a sham, a political persecution without any shreds of evidence against the Golden Dawn. As Mr. Baltakos put it, "you were released simply because they didn't have and don't have any evidence". And he added that for the Greek political elite, "one phone call" to prosecutors is enough to put somebody in jail, without any legal explanation.

While being questioned by Kasidiaris, Baltakos also went on to say things that totally discredit the ruling political class and show that they are all involved in this dirty campaign against the Golden Dawn. The corruption, lack of credibility, inefficiency of the legal system combined with the wide-spread back scratching ("They are from the same village") were also revealed.

The Golden Dawn, issued two statements regarding this scandalous situation. First, the party's spokesperson, Ilias Kasidiaris, had this to say:

ILIAS KASIDIARIS, Attica Deputy, PRESS SPOKESPERSON, POPULAR UNION – GOLDEN DAWN

To the members of Parliament,

I place at your disposal – in the name of the Constitution and the Greek people – the fulll dialogue between myself and the general secretary of the cabinet, Mr Panayotis Baltakos. The exact same data I will, under oath, tender to justice, the function of which has literally been raped by the Samaras government. Also in order to allay any doubt of the authenticity of my testimony I stress that the videotaped dialogue in question is included as a legitimate piece of evidence in the case formed against the Samaras government at the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

Through the new irrefutable evidence that I place at your disposal an irrefutable case is established for the crime of abuse of power to a felonious degree, at least for justice minister Athanasiou.

In the next few days, I will tender a specific proposal to send the specific minister to a pre-inquest committee. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, the Greek Constitution is being abolished by an anti-Hellenic government. The most basic of its principles, meaning the independence of branches of government and the power of the people have been damaged irreparably. Because of this Article 102, paragraph 4 of the Constitution is now in force.

Observance of the constitution is entrusted to the patriotism of the Greeks who shall have the right and the duty to resist by all possible means against anyone who attempts the violent abolition of the Constitution.

The official statement of the Golden Dawn's leader says as follows:

The revelation of the TRUTH from Panagiotis "Takis" Baltakos, a truth, of which was not convincingly refuted, because the guilty regime CAN’T HANDLE such a truth, it is the beginning of the end of a monstrous political scandal.

However, the conspirators are preoccupied…They spit on them, and they think it’s drizzling. Instead of answering on the issue of the brutal and dictatorial interference in justice, that of how without evidence six MPs have been jailed so far and more are expected to follow, instead of answering with EVIDENCE, they regurgitate more false accusations. We CHALLANGE these justice officials who panic and expose themselves, yet they speak of… evidence, to state EVEN ONE PIECE OF EVIDENCE, which can directly connect, as the law dictates, just one MP of Golden Dawn with any criminal action. We are innocent and they know it, and because they know they are guilty and with their actions they confirm everything that said in the well known Takis Baltakos video. Comrades, the TRUTH with shine; they will be leveled, those small people whose shadows are too tiny to hide from the sun of justice. N.G. Michaloliakos

Yesterday, Kasidiaris dropped a “bombshell” in Greek parliament while presenting evidence to support his stance on the Baltakos scandal.

Kasidiaris presented the URLs for websites that have a copy of an audio clip where it can be heard that someone is telling a prosecutor to screw the three GD MPs. Kasidiaris revealed that the Greek Prime Minister Samaras is the one who gave the order to “screw” the GD MPs.

Personally, I have listened to the audio clip and the voice appears to be Samaras’ voice.
